1. Formulation

The formulation and the percentage of hydrogen peroxide determine the product's effectiveness. Sunsational Smiles meets all standards laid down by FDA law. Thanks in part to its precise and unique formulation it prevents potential gum irritation and produces comparable results to systems using stronger hydrogen peroxide but without the extreme sensitivity.

2. Temperature

As is also confirmed by the American Dental Association temperature and light represent the main catalysts. Sunsational Smiles ADT-1500SP warms and activates the hydrogen peroxide enough for it to reduce the duration of treatment.

3. Foam strips

The unique patented Sunsational Smiles foam strips are an essential part of the treatment. Together with the foam strip the design of the Sunsational Smiles mouthpiece guarantees a comfortable and perfect fit against anyone's teeth. The focal window beams the UV rays onto the teeth, so that they receive UV light and heat. This ensures effective action during the entire treatment. Results are noticeable after one session lasting only 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Foam Pads:

Our patented foam inserts forms to the body of the teeth, therefore eliminating the need for an expensive custom made tray or mouthpiece. Our unique and innovative formulated foam pads are saturated with neutral PH peroxide gel. Our gel is specially engineered to respond to the exact wavelength setting from our LED lighting system. While formulating this ground-breaking treatment, safety was our utmost goal. This is truly a state-of-the-art process that will revolutionize the art of the tooth whitening industry.

5. Pressure:

Sunsational Smiles foam pads are placed perfectly into pressure pockets in the mouthpiece/lens, which creates a squeezing effect and forces the peroxide gel into each tooth structure. The combination of foam pads, pressure, and the ADT-1500SP light beaming through the mouthpiece/lens all work together to react with the internal mouth temperature to create an increase of the peroxide temperature. This therefore intensifies the hydroxyl radicals.

6. Exposure:

Studies have shown the longer you expose your teeth to the combination of light, pressure, heat, and peroxide, the whiter the teeth will become. Of course, this is only to the range achievable by one's teeth.
